The ideal candidate should be customer-focused, confident in communication, and interested in fashion, sales, and social media.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle online customer enquiries and DMs
- Follow up with potential customers and leads
- Convert enquiries into successful sales
- Manage customer orders and coordinate deliveries
- Assist with Instagram and social media management
- Create basic product photos, videos, and social media content
- Maintain regular communication with customers
Requirements
- Positive communication skills in English and Malayalam
- Basic knowledge of Instagram, WhatsApp, and other social media platforms
- Customer-friendly and positive attitude
- Interest in fashion and online retail
- Prior sales or customer service experience is an advantage
- Freshers can also apply
Pay: ₹10,053.07 - ₹20,000.00 per month
