Experience: 4 to 10 years

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Proven experience in converting leads generated through Email Marketing, Upwork, and other lead generation channels into successful business opportunities.
- Experience in converting leads of Digital Marketing and Website
- Ability to prepare and send proposals within the defined TAT.
- Comfortable handling client calls and managing end-to-end client communication.
- Experience in performing cold calls and business development outreach when required.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working in night shifts (7:00 pm- 4:00 am)
- Responsible for independently guiding, managing, and supporting team members, ensuring smooth coordination, productivity, and overall team performance.
