HIRING: SHIFT MANAGER – QSR / RESTAURANT Company: Jubilant FoodWorks – Domino’s Pizza Location: Bangalore Position: Shift Manager / Assistant GDM Qualification: BHM / Hotel Management / Hospitality Management preferred Experience: 1–3 years in QSR, Restaurant, Hotel, F&B; or Retail Operations Freshers: BHM candidates with strong communication and leadership skills may also be considered. Key Responsibilities: - Manage daily restaurant operations during the assigned shift. - Lead and manage team members to achieve operational targets. - Ensure customer satisfaction and service quality. - Monitor food quality, hygiene and safety standards. - Handle inventory, cash management and shift reports. - Manage staff attendance, training and performance. - Ensure SOP and company guidelines are followed. - Handle customer queries and resolve operational issues.
