You call business owners on company data. You explain website, SEO, Google Business, social, and ads work in plain talk. You qualify the lead and book a meeting the closer can actually run. Then you log the call and follow up when you said you would.
Daily bar is simple. Hit the calling and connect target fixed for the month. Keep the CRM honest. No first-rank promises. No fake lead counts. No private rate cuts. Hindi and English must work on a live call. Marathi helps. Show up on time and stay the shift.
Pay is fixed salary plus incentive as per company norms. Incentive is discussed only against that month’s numbers. Transparent the bar, the extra is processed as policy says. Miss it with no reason,



there is nothing extra to talk about. Beat the numbers for a stretch and management will sit on a higher slab or a stronger seat. That talk happens on recorded work, not on “almost.”
