Job description:
Trainee Captain
Location- Recent Alipore, Kolkata
Vacancies- 4
Salary- ₹13,000 to ₹15,000/month
Key Responsibilities
guests, present menus, and explain menu items or specials.
Take accurate food and drink orders and pass them to the kitchen or bar.
Set up tables, clear dirty dishes, and keep the dining room tidy.
Process guest bills, handle cash or card payments, and manage receipts.
Follow food safety rules, wash hands often, and keep workstations clean.
