We’re Hiring | Compliance & Regulatory Coordination – Junior Executive

@UnPay is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Executive – Compliance & Regulatory Coordination to support our compliance, regulatory, documentation, and coordination functions.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with compliance and regulatory coordination involving LEAs, RBI, NPCI, banks, and other relevant authorities
- Maintain compliance records, reports, registers, evidence, and regulatory documentation
- Coordinate with banks, partners, consultants, legal teams, and internal departments
- Track regulatory updates, notices, requests, submissions, and compliance deadlines
- Support regulatory audits, due diligence, inspections, and information requests
- Prepare and organize official letters, reports, responses, and compliance documents
- Follow up on regulatory and banking matters and ensure timely closure of assigned tasks

Requirements





- Graduate in Law, Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field
- 0–2 years of relevant experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent documentation, coordination, and follow-up skills
- Basic understanding of financial services, fintech, banking, regulatory compliance, KYC/AML, or related areas is preferred
- Freshers with a strong interest in fintech compliance and regulatory operations are welcome to apply
