JOB DESCRIPTION – PRODUCTION IN-CHARGE

Department: Production
Business: Expansion Bellows & Flexible Hoses

Reporting To: Plant Head / Operations Head
Location: Vadodara, Gujarat

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Production In-Charge with robust hands-on expertise in metallic expansion bellows and flexible hose manufacturing to independently manage production operations, manpower, materials, quality, and delivery schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage complete production of metallic expansion bellows & flexible hoses.
- Plan production schedules and ensure timely order completion.
- Handle forming, welding, fabrication, assembly, and testing processes.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, BOMs, and material specifications.
- Manage manpower, material consumption, WIP, and machine utilization.
- Coordinate with Design, Quality, Purchase, and Stores teams.
- Control rejection, rework, wastage, and production bottlenecks.




- Ensure compliance with quality, SOP, and safety requirements.

Required Experience:
Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in metallic expansion bellows and flexible hose manufacturing.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
