Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management

Budget: 50000 to 60000

Working Days: 6 days Mon to Sat (when needed sunday will be working and we can review compensation)

The Project Manager is responsible for the overall coordination and supervision of interior site works, ensuring that execution is carried out accurately and in accordance with the approved design drawings, specifications, and project requirements. should have interior knowledge, preferable interior designer who wants to do site work

Key responsibilities include:

AutoCAD drawings and architectural/interior drawings

Overseeing day-to-day interior site activities and ensuring work is executed as per approved drawings and designs.

Checking dimensions, levels, details, finishes, and workmanship for accuracy and quality.

Supervising contractors, subcontractors,



site teams, and other vendors to ensure proper execution and coordination.

Monitoring the quality, quantity, and timely availability of materials required at site.

Planning daily and weekly site activities and coordinating resources to maintain project progress.

Reviewing upcoming work requirements and ensuring timely procurement and delivery of materials.

Coordinating between designers, contractors, consultants, vendors, and the client to resolve site-related issues.

Identifying discrepancies between drawings and actual site conditions and coordinating necessary solutions or revisions.

Monitoring project timelines, workmanship, and execution to ensure the project remains on schedule.

Maintaining regular site updates and reporting progress, issues, material requirements, and pending works to the relevant stakeholders.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
