KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Generate recent business for Cold Storage, Cold Rooms, Refrigeration & HVAC Solutions
- Develop clients across Industries, Banks, Corporate Offices, Warehouses, Food Processing, Pharma, Hospitals & Government Organizations
- Conduct regular visits to corporate offices, banks, industries and other potential clients for business development
- Visit banks and corporate offices to identify requirements for AC, HVAC, refrigeration, AMC & maintenance services
- Generate leads for AMC, Maintenance, AC Repair & Service Contracts
- Conduct client visits, understand requirements and identify new business opportunities
- Prepare quotations, proposals & commercial offers, negotiate and close sales
- Follow up on enquiries and convert leads into business
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and achieve monthly sales targets
- Identify upcoming projects, market opportunities & potential clients
- Identify and participate in relevant Government & Private Tenders
- Handle tender submissions through GeM,



CPP & E-Procurement Portals
- Coordinate tender documentation, quotations & submissions
- Track tender status and maintain sales & tender records

Requirement

- Graduate in any discipline; MBA/Marketing preferred
- 2–3 years of experience in Sales / Business Development
- Experience in Refrigeration, HVAC, Cold Storage, MEP or Engineering Services preferred
- Basic knowledge of Government Tendering / GeM / CPP Portal
- Good communication, negotiation & presentation skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word & Email

Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence is mandatory

Pay: ₹8,516.71 - ₹15,382.39 per month
