Job Summary

We are looking for a agile and target-oriented Hospital Marketing Executive to promote hospital services, develop referral networks, generate patient leads, and build strong relationships with doctors, corporates, insurance providers, and the local community.

Key Responsibilities

- Promote hospital services, specialties, departments, and healthcare packages.
- Develop and maintain relationships with doctors, clinics, diagnostic centers, corporates, and other referral sources.
- Generate patient referrals and business leads through field visits and networking.
- Visit referring doctors, companies, organizations, and community groups regularly.
- Coordinate corporate health check-ups, camps, awareness programs, and promotional events.
- Support digital marketing activities, including social media and online campaigns.
- Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities.




- Follow up with leads and coordinate with relevant hospital departments.
- Maintain accurate records of referrals, leads, visits, and marketing activities.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly marketing reports.
- Meet assigned business-development and marketing targets.
- Collect feedback from patients, doctors, and referral partners and communicate it to management.
- Represent the hospital professionally at meetings, events, health camps, and external activities.
- Ensure all promotional activities follow hospital policies and applicable healthcare advertising requirements.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
