Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our team in Amritsar. The candidate will be responsible for speaking with customers, explaining our services, handling inquiries, and following up with potential customers.

Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain company services clearly and professionally.
- Handle customer questions and provide appropriate information.
- Follow up with leads and interested customers.
- Maintain basic records of calls and customer details.
- Achieve assigned daily and monthly targets.




- Build positive relationships with customers.

Requirements

- Positive communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Hindi and English.
- Confident and polite telephone manner.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Previous telecalling or sales experience is an advantage.
