HR Business Partner (HRBP) – EdTech Industry

Experience: 3–6 Years
Qualification: MBA/PGDM/BBA in HR or equivalent

Job Description

- Manage end-to-end HR operations and recruitment for the EdTech/Sales team.
- Drive hiring for Education Counsellors, Admission Counsellors, Sales Executives and Team Leaders.
- Work with business heads to understand manpower requirements and hiring targets.
- Source, screen, interview and coordinate the complete selection and joining process.
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and ensure timely closure of vacancies.
- Handle onboarding, documentation, employee engagement and employee lifecycle management.
- Manage attendance, performance, employee concerns, attrition and retention.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies,



processes and SOPs.
- Maintain recruitment MIS, employee records and hiring reports.
- Handle Full & Final settlement and exit formalities.
- Act as the key HR point of contact between HR and business/Sales teams.

Preferred: Candidates with hands-on experience in EdTech/education hiring, Sales recruitment and high-volume Education Counsellor hiring will be preferred.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
