Job Purpose

- Work with all stakeholders of the project for Project Pre-costing, Cost

- Estimation, Monitoring & Control of budget during project execution & After Project closeout

- Proficient in preparation of L1/L2/L3/L4 level costing

- Knowledge about cost estimation techniques like Lang Method / Factorial method/ Analogous / Parametric etc.

- Able to work out overall project costing based on historical data in SAP

- Ability to do cost estimation for all disciplines like Mechanical / Electrical /Instrument / Civil etc.

- Monitoring & Tracking Budget actual and Variance data

- Maintaining Historical Project data for cost comparison over the time

- Project cost estimation at Conceptual stage, Project Initiation stage, Project

- execution & Project commissioning stage

- Project cost monitoring on Procurement & Services

- Budget Monitoring in SAP





- Responsible for cost estimation of assigned project from the initial to final stage. This will require meetings with users to fully determine their needs & fulfilling the same.

- Monthly & Weekly MIS of all Projects Cost Budget and actual cost variance to the project team and stakeholders

- Responsible for overall monitoring of Project Budget control.

- Ability to handle cash flow management

Educational Qualifications

- Minimum Qualification -

Bachelor of Engineering degree i

Bachelor of Engineering degree in the area of Chemical

Relevant and total experience

- Total Number of experience required -

2-10 yrs exp in Project Costing
