KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Tenant Management

Monitoring: The oversees the daily operation of the property and monitors the work completed by the property staff and Tenant Screening the Evaluating potential tenants to ensure they meet the property owner's criteria.

Lease Agreements: Check the drafting, signing, and renewing lease agreements of the property and collecting rent and addressing late payments.

Tenant Screening & Communication: The Evaluating potential tenants to ensure they meet the property owner's criteria. Handling tenant inquiries, complaints, and issues.

Evictions: Managing the eviction process when necessary.

Property Maintenance:

Maintenance Requests: Responding to and scheduling maintenance requests.

Property Inspections: Conducting routine property inspections to identify potential issues.

Repairs: Overseeing and coordinating repairs and maintenance on the property.

Landscaping & Snow Removal: Managing landscaping and snow removal services.

Other Responsibilities:

Employee Supervision: Supervising on-site employees, such as maintenance staff.

Conflict Resolution: Mediating disputes between tenants.

Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of property transactions, leases, and tenant information.

Vacancy Management: Marketing vacant properties to attract tenants.





Other Details: Education/Qualification/ Training

Minimum:

 High school diploma or equivalent (basic requirement in some regions for entry-level roles).

Preferred:

 Bachelor’s Degree in:

o Real Estate

o Property Management

o Business Administration

o Finance or Accounting

o Facilities Management

Advanced (optional):

 Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) or Real Estate Management (advantageous for senior positions).

Experience;- Minimum 2 years of experience in working with any organization related to sales or real estate team / Marketing / Management.2-5 years of related experience (can include internships or assistant property manager roles).

Skills

Good communication skills and convincing, organizational, and leadership skills.

Demonstrates the standards of work ethics and integrity.

Valuable to have in English and Hindi is required; knowledge of local languages is desirable.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Willingness to travel within the district.(If Required).

Requirements

Own motorcycle/scooter and a valid driving license.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
