Job Summary

The Assistant Restaurant Manager supports the Restaurant Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional guest service, maintaining food safety and hygiene standards, managing staff performance, and achieving sales and profitability goals. The role requires solid leadership, operational knowledge, and the ability to ensure smooth restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
- Ensure smooth opening, shift, and closing procedures.
- Support initiatives to increase restaurant sales and customer footfall.
- Promote special menus, seasonal offers, and events.
- Monitor daily sales performance and suggest improvement strategies.




- Upsell menu items through effective team coaching.
- Welcome and interact with guests to ensure a memorable dining experience.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly.
- Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements where required.
- Supervise and guide restaurant staff during shifts.
- Monitor employee attendance, grooming, discipline, and performance.
- Motivate the team to achieve operational and sales targets.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹37,000.00 per month
