MAVK is Hiring | Fashion Design & Creative Operations Intern

Are you a Fashion Design / Fashion Communication / Apparel / Textile student or recent graduate who wants to understand what actually happens behind a growing fashion brand?

MAVK is looking for a creative, curious and hands-on intern who wants exposure to everything from product development and factory coordination to inventory and brand content.

What you’ll get to work on

Fashion & Product

- Assist with current product development and sampling
- Support merchandising and product-related activities
- Coordinate with factories and vendors for sample and production follow-ups
- Assist with fabrics, trims, measurements and product details
- Help with product research and market/trend research

Inventory & Operations

- Assist in maintaining stock and SKU records
- Update inventory and product trackers
- Support stock entries, inward/outward records and basic reconciliation
- Maintain product-related documentation

Creative & Content

- Create basic graphics using Canva / Photoshop or similar tools
- Assist with simple reels and video editing
- Support product shoots and content creation
- Assist with social media and other brand communication requirements

Who are we looking for?

- Students/recent graduates from Fashion Design, Fashion Communication, Apparel, Textile Design or related courses
- Freshers are welcome




- Someone genuinely interested in fashion and building a brand
- Good communication skills — verbal and written communication is mandatory
- Basic knowledge of Canva or any design tool
- Basic video editing skills will be an advantage
- Comfortable using Excel / Google Sheets
- Organised, proactive and good at follow-ups
- Someone who is willing to learn, experiment and take ownership
- Most importantly, someone who enjoys doing different kinds of work rather than being limited to one function
