*Clinical Operations Coordinator / Technical Assistant*

Location: Samedha Ayurvedics

Department: Clinical Operations

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000/month

Reporting To: Deputy Director – Clinical Operations

*Responsibilities*

* Monitor treatment and consultation slots across all branches.

* Coordinate with doctors and branch teams regarding slot availability and changes.

* Collect daily updates from doctors and follow up on pending matters.

* Assist doctors and branch teams with routine coordination.

* Monitor and update booking/appointment systems.

* Coordinate with the App/Technical Team for system-related issues.

* Maintain and update Excel/Google Sheets and other reports.





* Assist the Deputy Director with daily clinical operations and coordination tasks.

*Requirements*

* Graduate in any discipline.

* Good computer and technical/system knowledge.

* Good knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.

* Good communication and coordination skills.

* Solid follow-up and organizational skills.

* Healthcare/operations experience will be an added advantage.

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month based on experience and skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
