Business Development Manager - IT Assets (ITAD)

We are seeking a high-performing, results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) - IT Assets to drive revenue growth and expand our market footprint. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and closing business deals involving IT Asset Disposition (ITAD).

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities and strategic partnerships for IT Asset Disposition.
- Generate qualified leads through market research, cold calling, networking, and social media outreach.
- Build and maintain solid, long-lasting relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
- Understand client requirements for IT asset recovery, data destruction, and e-waste management.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches, proposals, and commercials.
- Negotiate and close deals to achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal operations and logistics teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and reporting in CRM.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
