- Generate and convert leads into Life Insurance sales.
- Sell Life Insurance products directly to customers.
- Understand customer requirements through need analysis and recommend suitable insurance plans.
- Explain product features, benefits, terms, and conditions clearly to customers.
- Handle the end-to-end sales process, from login to policy issuance.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain an updated customer database and conduct regular follow-ups.
- Build and maintain solid customer relationships.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance throughout the sales process.
- Follow up with customers to ensure timely completion of the application and issuance process.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in field sales.
- Age: 24–35 years.
Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
