Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with proven experience in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering & Construction) industry to develop current business opportunities and manage client relationships in the USA and UK markets.

Responsibilities

- Generate new business leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Develop and maintain relationships with USA & UK clients
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into clients
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain CRM and sales pipeline records

Requirements

- AEC industry experience is MANDATORY
- 2–5 years of experience in Business Development / International Sales
- Experience handling USA/UK clients preferred
- Strong English communication and negotiation skills
- Proven lead generation and client acquisition experience
- Self-motivated and target-oriented

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
