What you'll do

- Watch and understand the complete long-form series
- Identify the main storyline, subplots and important character moments
- Find high-impact scenes, emotional beats, conflicts and turning points
- Identify strong hooks and cliffhangers for micro-drama episodes
- Select the most relevant portions that can help convert ~12 hours of content into approximately 50–60 minutes of vertical episodic content
- Create a clean timestamp sheet with IN/OUT timestamps
- Tag each section based on story purpose — Hook, Context, Conflict, Reveal, Emotional Beat, Cliffhanger, etc.
- Suggest episode breaks and basic episode flow
- Hand over an editor-friendly document to the post-production team

Who we're looking for

Someone who:

- Loves watching and analysing films, web series or dramas




- Has a robust understanding of storytelling, pacing and audience retention
- Can identify what makes viewers want to watch the next episode
- Understands short-form / vertical content and micro-drama storytelling
- Is extremely organised and comfortable working with timestamps and large volumes of footage
- Can communicate story decisions clearly to video editors

Experience in scriptwriting, assistant direction, story editing, film/OTT post-production, content strategy or screenplay analysis would be a strong advantage.
