Operations Manager – Glam International Academy (GIA)

Location: GIA - 6th Floor, Rajiv Gandhi Co-Operative Hospital, Kallekkad, Palakkad.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our academy. The candidate will coordinate staff, students, academic activities, administration, facilities, and events to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage daily academy operations and administration.

* Coordinate staff attendance, schedules, duties, and performance.

* Monitor student attendance, discipline, and concerns.

* Coordinate with trainers and academic teams for smooth class operations.

* Handle student/parent queries and resolve operational issues.

* Monitor facilities, equipment, inventory, and maintenance.

* Coordinate workshops, seminars, events, and academy activities.

* Maintain daily, weekly,



and monthly operational reports.

* Ensure academy policies, procedures, and management instructions are followed.

* Coordinate with management and other departments for effective execution of activities.

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree preferred.

* 2+ years of experience in operations/administration, preferably in an educational institution.

* Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

* Good knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.

* Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and work under pressure.

* Skilled, disciplined, proactive, and team-oriented.
