- Generate leads and identify potential customers for Solar Rooftop / Solar Energy Solutions.
- Conduct field visits and meet residential, commercial, and industrial customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solar solutions.
- Explain solar system capacity, benefits, pricing, ROI, and installation process.
- Prepare quotations and follow up with prospective customers.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue objectives.
- Maintain solid relationships with existing and new customers.
- Coordinate with the technical and installation teams for smooth project execution.
- Maintain daily sales reports, lead records, and follow-up updates.
- Identify new market opportunities and generate business through referrals and field activities.

Required Skills:

- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Robust sales and customer-handling ability.




- Willingness to travel for field sales.
- Basic knowledge of solar products and renewable energy.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- MS Office / Excel knowledge preferred.

Candidates with experience in Solar, Electrical, EPC, Real Estate, Banking/Finance, Telecom, or B2B/B2C Field Sales can apply.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
