Ecommerce Order Processing Associate

About the Role

We are looking for a Ecommerce Order Processing Associate to support our e-commerce purchasing activities. This is a basic and process-oriented role involving online order placement and data entry.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable using websites such as Amazon and SHEIN, following instructions carefully, copying and pasting customer/order information, and placing orders accurately.

Key Responsibilities

- Place orders on Amazon, SHEIN, and other e-commerce websites based on provided instructions.
- Copy and paste customer names, shipping addresses, product details, quantities, and other required information.
- Verify that the product, size, quantity, price, and shipping address are correct before placing an order.
- Process multiple orders accurately and within the required timeframe.
- Update order details and tracking information in Google Sheets or other internal systems.
- Check order confirmations and ensure the correct information has been entered.
- Report any issues such as unavailable products, incorrect prices, or shipping restrictions to the concerned team member.
- Follow standard operating procedures and instructions provided by the team.

Requirements

- Basic knowledge of Amazon and SHEIN and the ability to place orders independently.
- Good computer and internet skills.
- Comfortable with copying and pasting information accurately.




- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets / Excel.
- Valuable attention to detail.
- Ability to follow instructions and repetitive processes consistently.
- Good written communication skills.
- A reliable internet connection and personal computer/laptop.
