Afra Engineers is looking for an experienced and responsible HR Manager with around 4 years of experience to manage day-to-day HR operations, employee relations, recruitment, and coordination with external agencies and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage complete recruitment and selection processes.
- Source, screen, interview, and coordinate candidates for various positions.
- Handle employee onboarding, documentation, attendance, leave, and HR records.
- Manage employee relations and address workplace concerns professionally.
- Coordinate payroll inputs, incentives, and other employee-related matters.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and company policies.
- Coordinate with external consultants, agencies, government offices, and other external stakeholders when required.
- Maintain proper employee records and HR documentation.
- Organize employee engagement and training activities.
- Monitor employee performance and support performance management processes.
- Prepare HR reports and provide regular updates to management.
- Support management in disciplinary and grievance-related matters.




- Coordinate with department heads regarding manpower requirements and staffing.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in HR management or HR operations.
- Good knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, attendance, payroll coordination, and HR documentation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Ability to handle multiple HR activities independently.
- Good coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of applicable labour laws and statutory requirements is preferred.
- Malayalam and English communication skills preferred.
