Floor Manager

Job Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day activities and smooth operations on the assigned floor/area.
- Coordinate with patients, doctors, therapists and other hospital staff.
- Ensure patients and visitors receive proper assistance and guidance.
- Monitor staff attendance, work allocation and day-to-day activities.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Handle patient/visitor queries and resolve routine issues promptly.
- Monitor cleanliness, discipline and overall presentation of the floor.
- Ensure treatment rooms, patient areas and common areas are properly maintained.
- Follow up on pending tasks and ensure timely completion.
- Escalate significant patient, staff or operational concerns to the concerned manager.




- Maintain basic daily reports and records related to floor operations.
- Ensure hospital procedures and service standards are followed.

Eligibility

- Graduate candidates can apply.
- Freshers to 2 years can be considered.
- Candidates from hospital, hospitality, hotels, restaurants, retail stores, jewellery stores or other customer-facing/service industries are welcome.
- Candidates with experience in floor supervision, customer handling, team coordination or operations will be preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
