* Provide onsite IT support at client locations.

* Troubleshoot *laptops, desktops, printers, scanners, and other IT peripherals*.

* Install and configure Windows OS, drivers, software, and applications.

* Perform basic *LAN, Wi-Fi, switch, router, and network troubleshooting*.

* Install and configure computer hardware and peripherals.

* Handle laptop/desktop deployment, collection, and asset handover.

* Perform preventive maintenance and basic hardware health checks.

* Troubleshoot basic Microsoft 365, email, and user connectivity issues.

* Maintain proper service reports, visit reports, and asset records.

* Coordinate with the internal support team for L2/L3 issues.

* Visit multiple client locations as required.

* Follow company procedures for asset security, handover, and documentation.





### Required Skills

* Good knowledge of *Computer Hardware & Networking*.

* Windows 10/11 installation and troubleshooting.

* Basic knowledge of TCP/IP, IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, LAN and Wi-Fi.

* Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 and common business applications.

* Valuable troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

* Good communication and client-handling skills.

* Comfortable with field travel across Delhi NCR.

* *Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.*

Pay: ₹8,551.47 - ₹24,898.89 per month
