Job Summary

We are looking for an Installation Engineer to handle the installation, testing, and commissioning of industrial cranes and lifting equipment at customer sites.

This is a hands-on role suitable for candidates with strong technical knowledge and a willingness to travel frequently across India. Freshers with good technical aptitude are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, test, and commission various types of cranes such as EOT, Gantry, Jib, and other industrial cranes.
- Review and interpret engineering drawings, electrical layouts, and mechanical schematics.
- Coordinate with project teams, customers, vendors, and site personnel for timely project execution.
- Inspect and align mechanical assemblies during crane installation.
- Check and ensure proper electrical connections and terminations.
- Conduct load testing and performance testing after installation.
- Identify and resolve basic installation-related technical issues.
- Prepare installation reports, inspection checklists, and commissioning documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and industrial installation standards.
- Support service and maintenance teams during crane handover and commissioning.




- Maintain proper documentation and update project teams on installation progress.

Requirements

- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is mandatory.
- 0–2 years of experience in industrial equipment installation, preferably cranes or heavy machinery.
- Freshers with strong technical aptitude are welcome.
- Basic understanding of mechanical systems and electrical components.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and schematics.
- Basic knowledge of industrial safety and installation procedures.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office and documentation.
- Strong problem-solving and hands-on approach.

Other Requirements

- Willingness to travel frequently to customer/project sites across India.
- Comfortable working at industrial and construction sites.
- Physically fit to handle site-based installation activities.
- Ability to work as part of a project and installation team.
- Willingness to work at different locations depending on project requirements.
