About the Role

We are looking for a responsible and hands-on Nursery Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of our plant nursery. The candidate will be responsible for supervising nursery staff and labour, maintaining plant health and growth, managing inventory and records, and ensuring the nursery facility remains clean and well-organized.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise nursery staff and labour on a daily basis.
- Assign and monitor labour for planting, watering, pruning, shifting, maintenance, and other nursery activities.
- Lead the team to ensure proper plant growth, care, and maintenance.
- Monitor plant health and identify basic issues related to watering, pests, diseases, nutrition, etc.




- Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the nursery and surrounding facilities.
- Manage nursery inventory, including plants, pots, soil, fertilizers, tools, and other materials.
- Maintain daily stock and nursery records.
- Update and maintain records using Excel.
- Communicate with management and staff through WhatsApp for daily updates and coordination.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of nursery equipment and facilities.
- Maintain discipline, productivity, and proper work allocation among labour.
- Prepare basic daily/weekly up

Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
