Job Title: Colour Mixing & Matching – Bsc Chemistry Qualification

- B.Sc. Chemistry / M.Sc. Chemistry preferred.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Knowledge of basic chemistry, colour science, and laboratory practices will be an advantage.

Job Responsibilities

- Perform colour mixing and matching as per customer and production requirements.
- Prepare colour formulations and maintain accurate formulation records.
- Conduct shade matching using standard samples, colour cards, and laboratory equipment.
- Test raw materials, pigments, dyes, and finished products for colour consistency.
- Make necessary adjustments to formulations to achieve the required shade.
- Maintain proper records of colour formulations, test results, and batch details.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality Control, and R&D; teams for shade development and correction.
- Ensure colour quality and consistency between laboratory samples and production batches.




- Follow safety procedures and maintain cleanliness and good laboratory practices.
- Support troubleshooting of colour/shade-related production issues.

Skills Required

- Basic knowledge of Chemistry and laboratory procedures.
- Valuable understanding of colour mixing and shade matching.
- Attention to detail and good observation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and documentation.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Willingness to learn colour formulation and matching techniques.

Experience

- Freshers: B.Sc. Chemistry candidates with good interest in colour matching can apply.
- Experienced:s Candidates with experience in colour matching, pigment/dye formulation,are preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
