We are looking for a detail-oriented and dedicated Assistant accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensure accuracy in financial records, and support the finance team with reporting and compliance activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain daily accounting records in Busy/other accounting software
Handle accounts payable and receivable transactions
Prepare and verify invoices, bills, and receipts
Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate financial documentation
Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances
Coordinate with vendors and internal departments for payment follow-ups
Support audits and ensure proper documentation for financial reviews
