Job Title: Draftsman - Civil & Architecture

We are looking for a skilled Draftsman with expertise in both civil and architectural drafting to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare detailed drawings and plans for civil and architectural projects, including layouts, elevations, sections, and detailed construction drawings.
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure accuracy and adherence to project specifications.
- Use AutoCAD, and other drafting software to create and modify technical drawings.
- Review and revise drawings based on feedback from the design team and ensure that all changes are incorporated accurately.
- Maintain and organize project drawings, ensuring all documents are up-to-date and accessible.
- Assist in the preparation of project documentation,



including bill of quantities and material specifications.
- Coordinate with other team members to ensure timely completion of drawings and project milestones.

Qualifications:

- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant drafting software.
- Strong understanding of civil and architectural design principles and construction methods.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in drafting work.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Experience:

- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience as a Draftsman in the civil or architectural field.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
