Job Title: Marketing Specialist – IVRS & Communication Solutions

Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Marketing Specialist to promote our IVRS and communication solutions. The ideal candidate will support lead generation, customer engagement, product promotion, and business development activities while clearly communicating the value of our technology solutions to prospective customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute marketing activities to promote IVRS and communication solutions.
- Generate and follow up on leads through digital marketing, customer outreach, referrals, and other marketing channels.
- Explain product features, perks, and use cases to prospective customers in a clear and professional manner.
- Support the preparation of marketing materials, presentations, campaigns, and customer communications.
- Coordinate with internal teams to understand product updates and communicate them effectively to the market.




- Maintain customer and lead information, track follow-ups, and contribute to business growth targets.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with customers and business prospects.

Requirements

- Engineering graduate or Computer-related undergraduate degree holder with an MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum one year of experience in marketing, business development, or a related role.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic technical knowledge and the ability to understand technology-based products and solutions.
- Strong interpersonal skills, initiative, and willingness to learn.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
