- Overall Operations – Manage daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth functioning of all departments.
- Guest Experience – Ensure high service standards, handle important guest concerns, and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Team Management – Lead the team, assign responsibilities, monitor performance, and maintain discipline.
- Sales & Cost Control – Monitor sales, food cost, labour cost, wastage, inventory, and daily operational controls.
- Business & Staff Coordination – Coordinate between kitchen, service, purchase, accounts, and management to ensure efficient restaurant operations.

WAITER — ₹11,000–₹13,000

Male & Female Candidates

- Greet Guests – Welcome guests politely and make them feel comfortable.
- Serve Food – Serve food and beverages properly and on time.
- Menu Knowledge – Understand the menu and answer guest questions confidently.
- Kitchen Coordination – Coordinate with the kitchen for accurate and timely service.




- SOP & Teamwork – Follow restaurant SOPs, grooming standards, discipline, and teamwork during every shift.

CAPTAIN — ₹15,000–₹17,000

- Greet Guests – Welcome guests professionally and ensure a good first impression.
- Guest Service – Monitor guest service and ensure their requirements are handled properly.
- Team Management – Guide, assign, and supervise waiters during the shift.
- Kitchen Coordination – Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure smooth, accurate, and timely service.
- Floor Management – Manage daily floor operations, handle guest complaints, maintain service standards, and ensure SOP compliance.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
