Key Responsibilities:
> Follow up with existing and current clients for outstanding payments across the Mumbai
and Pune regions.
> Contact customers through calls, emails, and other communication channels to ensure
timely payment collection.
> Negotiate payment schedules and resolve payment-related queries.
> Maintain accurate records of collections, payment status, and follow-up activities.
> Coordinate with internal teams to resolve billing and payment discrepancies.
> Ensure timely collection of dues while maintaining positive client relationships.
Experience: 1–3 years in Collections / Accounts Receivable / Payment Follow-up
(preferred).
Skills Required:
> Strong communication and negotiation skills.
> Good follow-up and coordination abilities.
> Basic knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/CRM systems.
> Ability to manage multiple client accounts and meet collection targets.
