We are looking for a React + Java Full Stack Developer with strong experience in building scalable, secure, and high-performing enterprise web applications using modern frontend and backend technologies.Key Skills:● 7+ years of experience in Full Stack Development● Strong proficiency in React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS● Hands-on experience with Java 8+, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and Microservices● Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle, or MongoDB● Strong understanding of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies● Experience building secure, scalable, and high-performance applications● Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skillsResponsibilities:● Develop responsive, reusable, and user-friendly web applications using React.js and TypeScript● Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices using Java and Spring Boot● Integrate applications with databases, cloud services, and third-party systems● Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following development best practices● Participate in code reviews, debugging, performance tuning, and production support● Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, DevOps automation, and cloud deployment initiatives● Ensure application security, scalability,



and reliability● Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, QA, and cross-functional teams● Work effectively in Agile/Scrum environments with globally distributed teamsPreferred Skills:● Experience with Microsoft Azure services such as App Services, AKS, Azure Functions, and Azure DevOps● Solid understanding of microservices, distributed systems, and event-driven architectures● Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized deployments● Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and DevOps practices● Experience with OAuth2, OpenID Connect, JWT, and authentication/authorization● Experience with testing frameworks such as JUnit, Mockito, Jest, Cypress, or Playwright● Exposure to API gateways, GraphQL, caching, and performance optimization● Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Application Insights, Prometheus, Grafana, or SplunkDomain Experience – Preferred:● Experience with RxClaim application and ecosystem● Knowledge of Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) processes and workflows● Healthcare domain experience with understanding of claims, adjudication, eligibility, benefits, and compliance
