Astoria Holidays is a travel company specializing in domestic and international holiday packages, pilgrimage tours, group tours, flights, hotels, and customized travel experiences.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Travel Sales Executive to join our team in Bengaluru.

Job Responsibilities

- Handle customer enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Understand customer travel requirements, preferences, and budget.
- Prepare and explain suitable travel packages and itineraries.
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Handle customer questions, concerns, and price objections professionally.
- Build strong relationships with customers and provide excellent service.
- Negotiate and close deals while maintaining company margins.
- Coordinate with the operations team after booking confirmation.
- Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, and bookings.
- Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.

Candidate Requirements





- 1–3 years of experience in travel sales, tourism, or a related field preferred.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Good knowledge of domestic and international destinations.
- Strong customer-handling and negotiation skills.
- Ability to convert leads into bookings.
- Comfortable with calling, WhatsApp, and basic computer applications.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Kannada and English communication preferred.
- Hindi will be an added advantage.

Salary & Incentives

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month, depending on experience and performance.

Additional: Performance-based incentives.
