Position: Telecaller – Real Estate

Job Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers
- Understand customer requirements, budget & property preferences
- Explain projects, pricing, amenities & offers
- Generate and qualify leads
- Follow up with interested customers
- Schedule property site visits
- Maintain customer details and follow-up records
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling targets

✅ Requirements

- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi & Marathi
- Confident and polite personality
- Good convincing & interpersonal skills
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Basic computer/CRM knowledge preferred
- Real estate experience is an advantage, but freshers can apply
