Strong business-facing communication – Able to work confidently with US-based Business, Product, and vendor stakeholders, explain technical/vendor issues in plain business terms, and communicate risks and blockers clearly.

Vendor / partner delivery experience – Experience working directly with external technology partners or SaaS vendors, coordinating commitments, dependencies, issues, and corrective actions.

CAT/UAT and release-readiness experience – Able to independently coordinate readiness, scenarios, execution, defects, evidence, and risk disposition for an assigned vendor release or workstream. This is not a traditional QE/test execution role.





Hands-on ownership and coordination – Someone who can independently run an assigned workstream, keep owners and actions clear, surface risks early, and coordinate effectively across Business, Product, QE, Engineering, and the vendor.

One key point on level: this is a mid-level role, not a Senior/Principal or enterprise-strategy position. looking for someone with roughly 5+ years of relevant experience who is hands on, can independently own an assigned vendor release/workstream, and has strong judgment and communication skills. They do not need to come in as an enterprise program leader or define organization-wide governance.
