Job Title: Marketing & Communications Executive

Location: Nehrunagar, Ahmedabad
Experience: 1 to 4 Years

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with the external marketing agency for campaigns, creatives, videos, social media, and promotional materials.
- Prepare content briefs, campaign requirements, timelines, and coordinate approvals.
- Plan and maintain the monthly social media calendar and coordinate publishing.
- Manage Instagram Stories for office activities, events, festivals, achievements, and employee engagement.
- Draft and coordinate marketing communications including emailers, WhatsApp communication, event invitations, announcements, and campaigns.
- Coordinate marketing activities for seminars, webinars, events, research meets, and investor awareness initiatives.
- Review marketing materials for accuracy, brand consistency, and company guidelines.
- Coordinate with Research, Sales, Operations, Compliance, HR, and Technology teams for marketing requirements.
- Track timelines,



follow up on pending deliverables, and support internal branding and communication activities.

Required Skills

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent coordination and stakeholder management.
- Good project and timeline management skills.
- Robust attention to detail and brand consistency.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Basic understanding of financial markets and investment products will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
