Experience: 2+ years

What We’re Looking For:

- Strong experience in technical/developer recruitment.
- Experience hiring Frontend, Backend, Full Stack and other technical profiles.
- Prior experience with mid-size or large organisations preferred.
- Good understanding of software development, technologies and SDLC.
- Ability to conduct technical screening/interviews and assess candidates effectively.
- Experience with technologies such as Node.js, React, Next.js, NestJS, MongoDB, SQL, etc.
- Strong sourcing skills and the ability to build a quality technical talent pipeline.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred:



Candidates with prior experience as a Software Developer/Engineer or strong hands-on technical exposure will have an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical positions.
- Source, screen and interview technical candidates.
- Conduct initial technical assessments.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and engineering teams.
- Build and maintain a strong developer talent pipeline.
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
