- Conduct regular on-site quality inspections for all interior works including POP, Fire, AC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, stone, tile, painting, polishing and finishing activities.
- Ensure all work is executed strictly as per approved drawings, BOQs, 3Ds, samples, and international quality standards.
- Identify quality issues, defects, or deviations and ensure timely rectification and proper follow-up.
- Coordinate with site supervisors, contractors, and vendors to maintain execution quality and resolve on-site issues.
- Monitor work progress and ensure compliance with project timelines and safety norms. Maintain quality checklists, inspection reports, and daily site observations and share updates with project manager.
- Verify material usage, ensure zero material wastage, and support proper handling and storage of materials in office.
- Cross-check workmanship, finishing,



and final output before handover stages.
- Ensure site cleanliness, organized workflow, and adherence to safety practices.
- Support project managers with daily site reports, observations, and quality status updates.
- Reports to: Project Manager / Site in-charge/ Senior Management
- Works closely with: Site Supervisors, Contractors, Vendors, and Design Team
- Ensure contractors and labors use proper machinery and tools, including laser levelling machines, spirit level and measuring tapes, during execution.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
