Job Summary

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to support our testing and calibration laboratory operations. The role involves customer communication, documentation, data management, follow-ups, and coordination with customers and internal technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer calls and understand their requirements.
- Provide customers with information regarding testing and laboratory services.
- Coordinate with customers for samples, documents, quotations, and reports.
- Maintain customer records and testing-related information.
- Prepare and update documents, Excel sheets, trackers, and reports.
- Use MS Word and MS Excel for documentation and data management.
- Follow up with customers regarding pending requirements and documents.




- Coordinate with the technical team regarding customer requirements and testing status.
- Check documents and data for accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain proper records and filing of customer-related documents.
- Assist with day-to-day documentation and coordination activities.
- Escalate technical queries to the concerned team when required.

Requirements

- Diploma or B.Tech in Electrical / Electronics / related engineering field.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Positive documentation and record-keeping skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good coordination and follow-up skills.
- Willingness to learn about testing and laboratory processes.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
