WE ARE HIRING | AREA SALES MANAGER (ASM) Cowsan Cattle Feed Pvt. Ltd. is looking for dynamic, experienced, and result-oriented professionals for the position of Area Sales Manager (ASM) to strengthen our sales network across Gujarat.
Job Locations 1. Saurashtra Gujarat Zone Rajkot | Jamnagar | Morbi | Junagadh | Porbandar | Devbhumi Dwarka | Gir Somnath | Amreli | Bhavnagar | Botad
2. South Gujarat Zone Surat | Navsari | Valsad | Dang | Tapi | Bharuch | Narmada Key Responsibilities Develop and expand dealer and distributor networks in the assigned territory. Drive primary and secondary sales to achieve business targets. Identify and appoint current dealers and expand market coverage. Build strong relationships with farmers, retailers, dealers, and distributors. Conduct regular market visits and identify new business opportunities. Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer requirements. Ensure effective territory management and timely sales reporting. Drive brand visibility and business growth across the assigned territory. Candidate Profile Cattle Feed / Animal Nutrition industry experience is preferred. Candidates with relevant experience in the Agriculture / Agri-input / FMCG sector may also apply.
Strong experience in dealer/distributor management and field sales. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Target-oriented, self-motivated, and willing to travel extensively. Good knowledge of the respective territory/market will be an added advantage.
