URGENT HIRING – RESERVATION EXECUTIVE

Location: Mumbai (Bandra West)
Industry: 5-Star Hotel / Luxury Hospitality

Eligibility:

- Age: 25–30 years
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Reservation Executive
- 5-Star Hotel experience is mandatory
- Excellent communication and guest-handling skills
- Strong knowledge of hotel reservations and booking systems
- Professional grooming and presentation

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle hotel room reservations and booking requests
- Manage individual and group reservations
- Coordinate with Front Office and other hotel departments
- Handle guest queries regarding room availability, rates, and bookings
- Maintain accurate reservation records
- Process cancellations, amendments, and confirmations
- Ensure a smooth and professional guest experience
- Follow hotel standards and reservation procedures

Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for candidates with minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a 5-star hotel, excellent communication skills, professional grooming, and the ability to join immediately.

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
