Job Description:
We are looking for energetic and motivated Telesales Executives to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling outbound calls, and converting prospects into customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct cold calling to potential clients
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities
Close business deals and achieve sales targets
Negotiate terms and build long-term customer relationships
Follow up with clients for repeated business and referrals
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales operations
Desired Candidate Profile:
Must be a graduate from any stream
Prior experience in the banking sector is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Goal-oriented with a strong sales mindset
Ability to work independently and within a team
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
