Beriom Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced, dynamic and guest-focused General Manager / Host to lead the overall operations of The NatureLand Wellness Resort.

Position: General Manager / Host

Location: The NatureLand Wellness Resort
Address: Village Cholagora, Jamshedpur–Galudih Road, Jamshedpur, Jharkhand – 832304

Experience: 6+ years of hospitality experience preferred
Qualification: Graduate; Hotel Management/Hospitality qualification preferred

Fooding will be provided

Accommodation will be provided

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee complete day-to-day resort operations
- Coordinate Front Office, F&B;, Kitchen, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Security, Stores, Sales and Administration
- Welcome and engage with guests and VIP guests
- Monitor guest satisfaction, reviews and feedback
- Conduct regular property inspections
- Monitor occupancy, room revenue, F&B; revenue and events
- Support Sales & Marketing and business development
- Monitor operating costs, wastage and inventory
- Lead and motivate department heads and employees
- Conduct staff meetings and performance reviews
- Coordinate recruitment and manpower requirements with HR
- Ensure safety, hygiene, discipline and SOP compliance




- Review operational and financial reports
- Handle major guest complaints and emergencies
- Represent the resort professionally with clients and business partners
