About the role

We are building a specialist team for a telecom transformation engagement. As Automation / DevOps Specialist you will build the pipelines, tooling and automation that let the programme release quickly and safely.

Key responsibilities

● Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for application and infrastructure delivery.

● Automate environment provisioning and configuration using infrastructure as code and configuration management tooling.

● Implement container orchestration, deployment strategies and release automation.

● Set up monitoring,



logging and alerting so issues are caught before users see them.

● Automate manual operational and network tasks through scripting and workflow tooling.

● Embed security and quality gates into the delivery pipeline.

● Work alongside development, infrastructure and operations teams in an Agile delivery model.

What you'll bring Essential

● 5+ years in DevOps, automation or platform engineering roles.

● Strong experience with CI/CD tooling such as Jenkins, GitLab CI or Azure DevOps.

● Hands on with Terraform and a configuration management tool such as Ansible.

● Solid Kubernetes and Docker experience.

● Scripting skills in Python, Bash or similar.

● Experience with observability tooling such as Prometheus, Grafana or the ELK stack.

● Based in India or the Middle East, with the right to work there.

Desirable

● Network automation experience in a telecom workplace.

● Experience with GitOps tooling such as ArgoCD or Flux.

● Exposure to AI assisted development or AIOps tooling.
