Job Summary

Saveetha Engineering College is looking for an experienced MEP Manager to oversee the operation, maintenance, installation, and troubleshooting of Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) systems across the campus.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in electrical systems, HVAC, fire-fighting, plumbing, and water and wastewater treatment plants.

Key ResponsibilitiesElectrical Systems

- Solid knowledge of HT Panels and LT Panels.
- Good understanding of upstream and downstream electrical schematics.
- Hands-on experience in electrical installation, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Ensure preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical systems.

HVAC Systems

- Good knowledge and hands-on experience in Chillers, VRF, and DX systems.
- Manage operation and preventive maintenance of HVAC systems.
- Troubleshoot HVAC-related breakdowns and ensure efficient system performance.

Fire-Fighting and Plumbing

- Practical knowledge and hands-on experience in fire-fighting systems is mandatory.




- Practical knowledge and experience in plumbing systems.
- Ensure regular inspection, maintenance, and troubleshooting of fire-fighting and plumbing infrastructure.

Water and Wastewater Treatment Plants

- Hands-on experience in STP (Sewage Treatment Plant) operations and maintenance.
- Knowledge and experience in RO (Reverse Osmosis) Plant operations and maintenance.
- Knowledge and experience in WTP (Water Treatment Plant) operations and maintenance.
- Monitor plant performance and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance.

Candidate Profile

- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in MEP, facility management, engineering operations, or a related field.
- Strong hands-on technical knowledge across electrical, HVAC, fire-fighting, plumbing, and water treatment systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to coordinate with technicians, contractors, and external vendors.
- Good knowledge of preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Strong focus on safety, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Pay: Up to ₹75,000.00 per month
