Sales Coordinator (Industrial Valves & Actuators)

Location: Kolkata, West Bengal
Industry: Valves / Actuators / Industrial Automation

Position Overview

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to support our sales team by handling quotations, order processing, client coordination, and internal communication for industrial products like electric actuators, motorized valves, and automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Support

- Prepare quotations for valves, actuators & automation products
- Assist sales team in daily operations & follow-ups
- Maintain customer database & records

Customer Coordination

- Handle client inquiries & provide basic technical/commercial information
- Follow up on quotations and track order status
- Build good relationships with clients

Internal Coordination

- Coordinate with sales, purchase, accounts & dispatch teams
- Ensure timely order processing & delivery

Order Management

- Process orders in system
- Track dispatch, delivery & payment status
- Handle documentation (PO, invoice, dispatch details)

Reporting

- Maintain MIS reports (quotations, orders,



follow-ups)
- Daily reporting to management

Key Skills

- Good communication (English & Hindi preferred)
- Basic knowledge of industrial products (valves/automation)
- Strong follow-up & coordination skills
- MS Excel / Word proficiency
- Organized & multitasking ability

Qualification & Experience

- BA/BCOM/Graduate / Diploma (any stream, technical preferred)
- Fresher / 1–3 years experience in sales coordination / back office
- Freshers with good communication can also apply

Salary

₹12,000 – ₹18,000 / Month (based on experience)
